These Terms outline the agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and My Modest Girl ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Website and its associated products and services, including Girls Ground at My Modest Girl Platform and Raising My Modest Girl Platform. By accessing or using the Website including but not limited to opting into our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Subscription and Membership

Access to certain features and services on the Website may require subscription or membership. By subscribing or becoming a member, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. As a Girls Ground at My Modest Girl Member and Raising My Modest Girl member you are responsible for paying all sums due to Girls Ground at My Modest Girl and Raising My Modest Girl in connection with your monthly/half yearly/annual (depending on user selection at the time of purchase) subscription in accordance with these Terms.

The first fee payable is due when the user account is set up and payment of the monthly fee is a condition of access with an automatic monthly subscription/ half yearly subscription/annual subscription with us (dependent on the payment option you agreed up-on on the date of purchase/sign up/subscribing).

If purchased/signed up/subscribed for the monthly payment plan, every calendar month, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”).

If having purchased a half yearly payment plan, every half yearly/six calendar month, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following half year/ six calendar month subscription, together with any other fees for the following half yearly/six calendar month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”).

If you have purchased an annual plan, every year, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following year's subscription, together with any other fees for the following year's subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”).

Failure by the Girls Ground at My Modest Girl Member and/or Raising My Modest Girl member to use any of the services available through the service provided by Girls Ground at My Modest Girl and Raising My Modest Girl does not relieve the Girls Ground at My Modest Girl Member and Raising My Modest Girl member of their payment obligations under these Terms. Potential members/members can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details are collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. Potential members/members acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction. Potential members/members acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorise the automatic payment collection Terms applicable to that specific service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your subscription or membership without notice if you violate these Terms.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR GIRLS GROUND AT MY MODEST GIRL AND/OR RAISING MY MODEST GIRL SUBSCRIPTION YOU MAY DO SO BY E-MAILING [email protected] AT LEAST TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT DATE.

My Modest Girl reserves the right to immediately terminate a member's account and/or service for any unpaid (in whole/part) period of the subscription (with/without notice). Termination of service does NOT relieve or excuse the member/ex-member from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses.

Termination of Agreement

If, in our own discretion, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, tocomply with any Term or provision of the Agreement or violate any law, whether in connection with your use of My Modest Girl or otherwise, we may terminate the Agreement or suspend your access to the Website at any time without notice to you. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments to My Modest Girl.

Shipping and Fees

Unless otherwise stated on the Website at the time of purchase, if you purchase a physical product from us, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise stated, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfil your order within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed and verified order. Although we may provide delivery or shipment time-frames or dates, dates are estimates in good-faith and are subject to change. All customers' accurate shipping address, email and phone number information is required for a successful transaction. If we are unable to contact you or you would like to cancel your order before dispatch, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount charged. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the My Modest Girl Website Platforms and our physical/digital products and services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
